Job Summary
Providing senior-level business and operational analysis support, the full-time Senior Business Operations Analyst will analyze complex organizational initiatives, identify opportunities for improvement, and assist in planning and implementing change initiatives while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and operational workflows to identify issues and recommend improvements
- Support leadership in implementing organizational change initiatives and monitor progress
- Develop executive-level reports and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in business operations, management analysis, or related functions
- Demonstrated experience in analyzing complex operations and supporting senior leadership
- Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives and developing executive-level reports
- Federal Government experience required
