Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, operations, analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 4+ years of experience in business operations, business analysis, or a related field
• Experience with KPI reporting and capacity modeling
• Proficiency in building dashboards using tools like Tableau, Salesforce, or Power BI
• Experience working with executive-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams
