A company is looking for a Sr. Business Operations Associate to drive cross-functional execution and deliver insights that accelerate decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives from early problem framing through strategy, planning, and execution
• Use AI, data, and research to shape decisions, build prototypes, and frame recommendations
• Design and implement operating models, including alignment rituals and goal tracking to drive clarity and accountability

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, or a similar analytical role
• Strong systems judgment with the ability to connect dots across teams and design durable solutions
• Fluency with AI and automation tools to analyze data and explore ideas
• Experience operating effectively in high-growth SaaS or technology environments is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently within a 1-2 quarter horizon
