Senior Business Operations Associate

Job Summary

To support ambitious growth goals, the full-time Senior Business Operations Associate will leverage data-driven insights to enhance user acquisition strategies, lead A/B testing initiatives, and optimize operational efficiency while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with marketing, product, and business development teams to integrate customer performance insights into acquisition strategies
• Lead the design, execution, and analysis of A/B experiments on features, extracting insights to inform strategies
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitatively or intellectually rigorous discipline
• 2+ years of management consulting experience from a top firm or relevant experience in business analysis/operations
• High level of comfort with SQL and/or running complex data analysis
