Senior Business Operations Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Business Operations Engineer will serve as a technical partner to Sales and Marketing, developing scalable solutions in Salesforce and NetSuite while collaborating closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into production-ready implementations.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and build solutions across Salesforce platforms using Apex, LWC, and Flows
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to understand and address business challenges with maintainable solutions
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce, NetSuite, and other systems using APIs

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of development experience in a Business Operations or Systems Engineering environment
• Strong Salesforce skills, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, and advanced Flows
• Solid background in Java and experience with middleware and API integrations (REST/SOAP)
• Experience working with Sales and Marketing teams, with a solid understanding of sales operations
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
