Senior Business Operations Lead

Job Summary

Driving the strategy and execution of Airbnb's ticketing business, the full-time Senior Business Operations Lead will define priorities, manage cross-functional collaboration, and analyze market dynamics to achieve goals related to supply activation, ticket sales, and guest experience, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive Airbnb's ticketing strategy, identifying key partners and growth plans
• Maintain deep market intelligence in the ticketing ecosystem to inform strategic decisions
• Build financial models and performance frameworks to support operational analyses and recommendations

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in strategy or business operations at a high-growth technology or marketplace company; MBA preferred
• Proficient in building complex financial and operational models, with strong analytical skills and SQL experience preferred
• Understanding of product development and marketing mechanics, with experience influencing product roadmaps
• Experience in the ticketing technology ecosystem, including channel managers and reservation systems
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting complex data clearly to various stakeholders
