• Experience leading multi-team programs and influencing senior leaders in complex environments
• Proven ability to establish operational frameworks in engineering or product settings
• Strong analytical mindset with skills in identifying patterns and designing scalable operational solutions
• Experience in leading through influence and navigating ambiguity across global teams
