Senior Business Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Operations Manager/Senior Manager in Montreal, Quebec (Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full order-to-cash cycle, ensuring accuracy in customer orders and timely product distribution
• Manage inventory and logistics operations, coordinating with 3PL partners and ensuring compliance with quality standards
• Build and maintain relationships with government, wholesalers, and private market customers to support commercial strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related discipline
• APICS Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM)
• 7+ years of experience in supply chain management, customer relations, or related business operations
• Experience with SAP and strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Fluency in English and French (spoken and written)
