Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. GTM BizOps Manager - Renewals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Global Renewal Sales Organization to provide insights into business drivers and financial performance
  • Develop key performance metrics and own reporting on renewal bookings, pipeline, and forecasts
  • Drive operational excellence by establishing scalable sales processes and creating strategic plans for growth
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in an operational or strategic role supporting sales organizations, including 2+ years in Renewal functions with $100M+ ARR
  • Experience in designing and implementing processes for renewal functions
  • Comfort with large data sets for modeling, forecasting, and sales analyses
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, and other sales tech stacks
  • Experience working with executive leadership and sales leadership
