Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. GTM BizOps Manager - Renewals.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Global Renewal Sales Organization to provide insights into business drivers and financial performance
- Develop key performance metrics and own reporting on renewal bookings, pipeline, and forecasts
- Drive operational excellence by establishing scalable sales processes and creating strategic plans for growth
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in an operational or strategic role supporting sales organizations, including 2+ years in Renewal functions with $100M+ ARR
- Experience in designing and implementing processes for renewal functions
- Comfort with large data sets for modeling, forecasting, and sales analyses
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, and other sales tech stacks
- Experience working with executive leadership and sales leadership
