Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in business operations, customer success operations, or program management in a SaaS environment
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and creating actionable insights using AI tools
  • Experience in headcount planning, capacity modeling, and resource allocation in customer-facing organizations
  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with strong organizational skills
  • Familiarity with customer success metrics such as GRR, NPS, and adoption metrics
