Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Operations Manager to support the Business Development team during a period of growth and transition.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Salesforce for the Business Development team, ensuring accurate pipeline data and reporting
• Oversee client contracts, renewals, and amendments, ensuring smooth onboarding and documentation
• Improve internal workflows and operational processes to enhance efficiency and support leadership alignment

Required Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in business operations, sales operations, or a similar role
• Demonstrated experience supporting a sales or business development team
• Experience managing contracts, renewals, or client operations
• High comfort level with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
• Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
