Senior Business Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Operations Manager to optimize business workflows and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and administer the go-to-market tech stack, including Salesforce and other industry-standard products
• Influence business technology strategy and drive the utilization of AI tools within the Revenue organization
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to identify process improvement opportunities and create training programs for the GTM team

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in sales/revenue/business operations, Salesforce administration, or project management
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce configuration, administration, and reporting
• Advanced proficiency with leveraging AI in revenue context analysis and systems development
• Experience mentoring teammates and acting as a player-coach
• Previous experience in a high-growth, fast-paced B2B software environment is preferred
