Senior Business Operations Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Business Operations Manager will serve as a trusted analytical partner to Product leadership, translating business performance data into strategic insights and recommendations while owning the design and development of dashboards and KPI frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business performance data into strategic insights and executive-ready recommendations for Product leadership
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and KPI frameworks to track growth, retention, and business health
• Conduct analyses to inform strategic decisions and drive cross-functional initiatives from framing through execution

Required Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, product management, or a high-performance in-house strategy or FP&A function
• Fluency with Excel and familiarity with statistics, optimization, and cohort analysis frameworks
• SQL proficiency strongly preferred; candidates must show willingness to become proficient quickly if not already
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong critical thinking skills to connect findings to business context
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for conveying nuanced analysis to diverse audiences
