Senior Business Operations Manager

Job Summary

Driving strategic initiatives and analytics for Media, Marketing, and Listings offerings, the full-time Senior Strategy and Business Operations Manager will serve as the primary analyst and business intelligence owner, working remotely to provide actionable insights and performance reporting across cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end performance reporting framework, defining and maintaining metrics that track business health and progress against goals
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting infrastructure, ensuring timely visibility into key performance indicators and identifying business risks and opportunities
• Design and execute ad-hoc analyses to diagnose performance anomalies and support planning and forecasting processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field)
• 7+ years of experience in business analytics, business intelligence, or similar roles
• SQL proficiency, with demonstrated ability to work with complex, large-scale datasets
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining dashboards in Tableau or a comparable BI tool
• Proficiency working in cloud data platforms (preferably Databricks)
