Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Business Operations Manager to work remotely, who will manage operational cadence, partner with cross-functional teams to launch strategic initiatives, and identify business opportunities through data-driven analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Own and optimize Aurora's operating cadence, ensuring timely and efficient leadership information flow
• Collaborate with various departments to implement new initiatives and enhance operational effectiveness
• Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities, leading implementation alongside stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 4 - 6+ years of experience in management consulting, Business Operations, or a CEO/COO office, preferably in a high-growth tech environment
• Proven track record of owning initiatives from opportunity identification to measurable outcomes
• Strong analytical skills with experience in financial or operational modeling and data analysis tools
• Familiarity with CRM and data analytics tools such as Salesforce, Looker, or Tableau
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional execution effectively
