To drive operating rigor and execution discipline for a sales team focused on Cloud Services Provider customers, the full-time remote Senior Business Operations Manager will manage sales cadence, enhance performance metrics, and provide strategic insights for growth while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the ISO ISG CSP sales operating cadence, ensuring consistent execution and alignment from leadership to frontline
- Drive performance against targets, strengthening forecast accuracy, pipeline health, and accountability
- Shape business decisions through insights, identifying risks, root causes, and opportunities to accelerate growth
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of Sales Operations or related experience, with increasing scope and leadership responsibility
- Experience with CRM and analytics tools (Dynamics and Power BI preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in business, technical, or related field
