Senior Business Operations Specialist
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Business Operations Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform system configuration and administration tasks for Salesforce enabled revenue systems
- Own documentation and delivery of tools for Business Operations teams, including training sessions
- Act as a subject matter expert for Salesforce Sales Cloud and oversee the lifecycle of go to market systems
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Operations for a SaaS or technology company with global operations
- Proven track record of owning and evolving revenue systems and related processes
- Practical experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ in a business operations context
- Familiarity with Salesforce configuration concepts beyond general end user level
- Experience writing and using SOQL queries is a plus
