Review assigned CFIUS transactions to assess impact on DAF national security
Coordinate and de-conflict recommendations from reviewers
Analyze CFIUS cases for trends affecting the DAF

Required Qualifications

At least 10+ years of relevant experience
CFIUS experience strongly desired
Master's degree
US Citizenship with an Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS-SCI) clearance
