Senior Business Operations Specialist
Job Summary
To support transformative enterprise planning, the full-time Senior Business Operations Specialist will manage end-to-end solution design, configuration, implementation, and data analytics while communicating with internal and external stakeholders, working remotely or onsite in Dallas, Texas.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution design and implementation, ensuring effective data analytics and stakeholder communication
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze supply chain data, converting business logic into technical platform designs
- Develop and execute testing protocols and training programs for users, mentoring junior analysts in technical and business aspects
Required qualifications
- Master's degree with 1 year of experience or bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or related fields
- Experience in implementing supply chain planning solutions and leading full lifecycle project implementations
- Proficiency in statistical and optimization tools, including programming languages such as SQL, R, or SAS
- Familiarity with agile methodologies for large-scale enterprise implementations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and provide actionable insights
