Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Staff Analyst, Business Optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Integrate accounting processes into project workflows and implement cost control measures
• Design and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and map end-to-end workflows between departments
• Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams to align financial and operational objectives

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 8 years with a Master's degree; or a PhD with 5 years experience; or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and financial reporting tools
• Proven ability to design and implement SOPs and process maps
• Experience analyzing large datasets for operational and financial decision-making
• Experience in a cross-functional environment
