Senior Business Partner
Job Summary
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key business stakeholders, the full-time Senior Business Partner will serve as a trusted advisor between Channel & Alliance business units and Corporate Technology teams, while managing strategic initiatives and technology demand in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with Channel & Alliance leaders to identify business needs and align technical resources to support strategic objectives
- Communicate progress on strategic initiatives to senior executives and manage the intake and prioritization of business process and platform change requests
- Analyze operational efficiency of Channel & Alliance programs and lead business process analysis for partner experiences
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5 years of progressive experience in a related role
- At least 1 year of experience working with channel business units for global organizations
- Experience in managing partner programs and utilizing Salesforce and additional platforms
- Proficiency in business analysis and project management tools such as Jira or Confluence
