Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Principal Business Partner in Customer Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with functional departments to influence decisions and identify opportunities for business efficiencies
- Develop analytical views and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making and track financial budgets
- Drive business transformation and operational excellence while aligning strategy with company objectives
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in a Business-related discipline; MBA and/or CPA preferred
- 7+ years of relevant experience in Customer Operations, Finance, or Management consulting
- Experience with Salesforce.com reporting and analytics; familiarity with PowerBI or Tableau is a plus
- Strong understanding of Operations processes, financial metrics, and performance tracking
- Experience working closely with senior leadership and managing various stakeholders
