Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Principal Business Partner in Customer Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with functional departments to influence decisions and identify opportunities for business efficiencies
  • Develop analytical views and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making and track financial budgets
  • Drive business transformation and operational excellence while aligning strategy with company objectives
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a Business-related discipline; MBA and/or CPA preferred
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in Customer Operations, Finance, or Management consulting
  • Experience with Salesforce.com reporting and analytics; familiarity with PowerBI or Tableau is a plus
  • Strong understanding of Operations processes, financial metrics, and performance tracking
  • Experience working closely with senior leadership and managing various stakeholders
