Job Summary
As a trusted advisor to executive leadership, the full-time Senior Principal Business Partner, Customer Operations will lead strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and business performance while collaborating across various functional domains such as Forecasting, Analytics, and Customer Success.
Key responsibilities
- Translate data and insights into strategic action plans for GCO executives
- Lead global initiatives to improve operational efficiency and scalability
- Establish enterprise-wide performance governance and forecasting standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or MBA preferred
- Eight or more years of experience in business operations, consulting, or strategic enablement
- Recognized expertise in operational strategy and analytics leadership
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and financial modeling
- Exceptional executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders
