Senior Business Performance Analyst

Job Summary

Partnering with business line leaders, the full-time Senior Business Performance Analyst will translate complex operational and financial data into actionable insights and dashboards, driving decisions across pharmacy service lines in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor KPIs to identify trends and performance gaps, conducting root cause analysis and developing actionable recommendations
• Build and maintain Tableau dashboards, ensuring data is structured and presented in a clear, concise manner for stakeholders
• Serve as an analytical resource for service line leaders, translating business questions into analytical frameworks and supporting strategic requests

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Health Administration, or a related field
• 4-6 years of experience in business analytics, FP&A, performance management, or a similar analytical role
• Demonstrated experience building dashboards and translating data into insights in a complex environment
• Proficiency in Tableau and SQL for querying enterprise data warehouses
• Advanced Excel skills for complex analysis and modeling
