Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior leaders to develop and drive business strategies focused on cost reduction and efficiency improvement
• Support operational and strategic business activities through data analysis and model development
• Oversee operational metrics and performance reviews, presenting findings for business planning

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of workforce management experience
• 3+ years of SG&A management experience
• 3+ years of experience in a global matrixed environment
