Senior Business Performance Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting the IT Senior Leadership team, the full-time remote Senior Business Performance Consultant will provide critical data analytics, manage complex reporting, and lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance organizational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyzes and reports on complex customer needs while managing system applications and identifying new developments
• Facilitates cross-functional teams and leads projects to implement system or policy changes, including creating detailed presentations and reports for management
• Conducts complex analyses using advanced statistical methods to drive organizational results and ensure data quality standards are met

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Epidemiology, Computer Sciences, Process Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of analytic experience in clinical, financial, or related fields
• Experience leading complex projects and cross-functional teams with strong project management skills
• Proficiency in SQL, SAS, Excel, Tableau, R, and Python
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills
