Senior Business Planning Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the central business planning function for the EnFin business, the full-time Senior Business Planning Manager will develop and maintain an integrated view of business performance, manage cross-functional planning processes, and prepare reporting materials to align with HQ expectations, based in San Francisco, CA with potential remote work for exceptional cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of integrated business performance metrics across various dimensions
• Drive execution of cross-functional planning and operating cadence, including preparation of regular performance reviews
• Prepare HQ reporting materials and business updates, ensuring clarity and alignment with leadership expectations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field with a minimum of 8+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in business planning or strategic finance
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
• Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for managing relationships with stakeholders
