Senior Business Planning Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the central business planning and management function for the EnFin business, the full-time salaried Senior Business Planning Manager will develop and maintain an integrated view of business performance, ensuring alignment with operational execution and facilitating cross-functional planning processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of the integrated view of EnFin business performance, consolidating key metrics across various financial dimensions
• Drive execution of cross-functional planning and operating cadence, including preparation and coordination of weekly and monthly reviews
• Prepare HQ reporting materials and business updates, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with leadership expectations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field with a minimum of 8+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in business planning or strategic finance
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
• Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet critical deadlines
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and perform variance analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for managing relationships with stakeholders
