Senior Business Planning Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the central business planning and management function for the EnFin business, the full-time Senior Business Planning Manager will develop and maintain an integrated view of business performance, ensuring alignment across financial, operational, and commercial functions while preparing structured updates for HQ reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of integrated business performance metrics, including volume, pipeline, payouts, P&L, and cash flow
• Drive cross-functional planning and operating cadence, coordinating weekly and monthly reviews
• Prepare HQ reporting materials and business updates, ensuring clarity and alignment with leadership expectations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field with a minimum of 8+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in business planning or strategic finance
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
• Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet critical deadlines
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data accuracy and consistency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for managing relationships with stakeholders
