Senior Business Process Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Process Analyst for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute support for change management/landing plans for new processes and programs
• Scope current processes with clients, develop ideal future state, and drive ongoing process improvement
• Partner across the organization to ideate, execute projects, and drive results

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of applicable Business Management/Project Management experience
• 5+ years of Operations experience in a Contact Center/Production environment preferred
• 3+ years of healthcare/prior authorization/UM experience preferred
• Proficiency in Lucid Charts or Vizio, G suite applications, and creating reporting materials
• Passionate about continuous process improvement and thriving in a fast-paced, self-directed environment
