Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Business Process Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis, documentation, and optimization of key business processes within Partner Operations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and propose process improvements
- Develop process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures to articulate current and future state processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Business Process Analyst, preferably in a technology or SaaS company
- Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and channel operations
- Experience with process mapping and workflow tools
- Demonstrated experience applying Agile methodologies to process improvement projects
