Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Process Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the analysis, documentation, and optimization of key business processes within Partner Operations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and propose process improvements
  • Develop process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures to articulate current and future state processes
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Business Process Analyst, preferably in a technology or SaaS company
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and channel operations
  • Experience with process mapping and workflow tools
  • Demonstrated experience applying Agile methodologies to process improvement projects
