Key Responsibilities
  • Support the execution of CX strategies and drive operational foundations
  • Assess and redesign existing processes to enhance organizational maturity and scalability
  • Drive strategic customer engagement programs to enhance customer loyalty and advocacy
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in business operations, program management, or strategy
  • 5+ years of experience with executive communications and presentations
  • 5+ years of experience with Google products such as Slides and Sheets
  • Experience in a management consulting firm or corporate strategy role
  • Strong proficiency in using AI technology to drive efficiency and maturity
