Job Summary

A company is looking for a RCM Senior Business Process Analyst - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of digital playbooks for RCM Middle Operations
• Assist in onboarding new clients and ensure compliance with established playbook frameworks
• Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and standardize workflows across multiple clients

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in RCM, with a focus on CDI, Coding, and HIM
• Experience supporting change management initiatives
• Direct Physician Engagement experience
• Solid understanding of compliance and payer-provider dynamics
