• Prepare project documentation and act as a liaison between various departments to ensure optimized processes meet regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Operations Management, or related field
• 5-8+ years of experience in business process analysis, continuous improvement, or business transformation roles
• Proven experience leading process improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• High degree of initiative, ownership, and accountability
