Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Process Analyst to evaluate and analyze benefit configuration processes and training needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze technical applications and employee readiness to develop training content
• Develop instructional templates, work processes, and guidelines to enhance productivity
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure documentation accuracy and manage training evaluations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design or related field, or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of business process or training experience
• 4+ years of managed care healthcare experience and business process analysis
• Solid understanding of coding rules (CPT, HCPCS, ICD)
• 4+ years of claims payment/analysis experience
