Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Process Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end workflow discovery and documentation across business and technical teams
• Conduct Lean Six Sigma Value Stream Analysis to identify bottlenecks and redundancies
• Translate business processes into technical workflow models and support implementation in orchestration tools

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Process Analyst
• Strong experience with Lean Six Sigma and Value Stream Mapping
• Hands-on experience with BPMN modeling and workflow design tools
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and system workflows
• Experience working with cross-functional technical teams
