Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Process Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the capture and management of business requirements for software development teams
Collaborate with stakeholders to document and analyze user needs and requirements
Facilitate Agile methodologies and manage project/product backlogs, ensuring successful completion of Sprints

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
Expertise in JIRA tools and experience with large Agile software development projects
U.S. Citizenship required and must possess or qualify for a Public Trust (MBI) security clearance
Desired experience includes working knowledge of VA's Veterans Independence Program and VA SQA Testing experience
