A company is looking for a Senior Business Process Analyst to support software development teams and manage business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the capture and management of business requirements for software development
Collaborate with stakeholders to document and analyze functional and technical requirements
Facilitate Agile processes, including backlog refinement and user story elaboration

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
Experience with JIRA tools and managing requirements in an ALM tool
U.S. Citizenship required for this position
Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust (MBI) security clearance
