Senior Business Process Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Process Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the capture and management of business requirements for software development teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document and analyze user needs, functional requirements, and manage Agile processes
• Facilitate sessions, conduct interviews, and mentor junior analysts while ensuring project scope and requirements are met

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
• 10 years of professional experience, with an additional 10 years substitutable for education
• Strong background in software development and Agile/Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies
• Experience with JIRA tools and large Agile software development projects
• Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust (MBI) security clearance
