Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Process Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the capture and management of business requirements for software development teams
Conduct user interviews and facilitate sessions to document functional and technical requirements
Support Agile methodologies by managing project backlogs and coordinating requirements across various projects

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
Advanced experience with JIRA tools and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Experience working in an Agile environment, preferably in a Federal Health Agency
U.S. Citizenship and ability to qualify for a Public Trust security clearance
