Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Process Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the capture and management of business requirements for software development teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements and facilitate Agile requirement management activities
• Conduct user interviews and develop business process models and specifications while mentoring junior analysts

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
• 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
• Strong background in using JIRA tools for requirements management
• Experience working in an Agile environment, preferably within a Federal Health Agency
• Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust security clearance
