Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Business Process Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the capture and management of business requirements for software development teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to document and validate requirements using an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool
- Facilitate Agile requirement management activities and mentor junior analysts
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
- Strong background with JIRA tools and experience in large Agile software projects
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to qualify for a Public Trust security clearance
- Desired experience includes working with Federal Health Agencies and knowledge of healthcare billing processes
