Key Responsibilities

Lead the capture and management of business requirements for software development teams
Conduct user interviews and develop business process models and formal specifications
Facilitate backlog refinement sessions and manage requirements change control

Required Qualifications

10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
Experience with JIRA tools and Agile software development projects
Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust security clearance
U.S. Citizenship is required for this opportunity
