Senior Business Process Analyst
Job Summary
Leading the capture of business requirements for software development teams, the full-time Senior Business Process Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements, manage them in an ALM tool, and support Agile methodologies in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the capture and management of business requirements for software development projects
- Conduct user interviews and facilitate sessions to develop business process models and formal specifications
- Perform Agile requirement management activities, including backlog refinement and change control
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
- Expertise in using JIRA for requirements management and Agile project tracking
- Strong background in large Agile software development or data integration projects
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Public Trust (MBI) security clearance
