Senior Business Process Analyst

Job Summary

Leading the capture of business requirements for software development teams, the full-time Senior Business Process Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders, manage requirements in an Agile environment, and facilitate user interviews while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and document business, functional, and technical requirements using an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool
• Conduct user interviews and facilitate sessions to develop business process models and formal specifications
• Lead Agile requirement management activities and backlog refinement sessions for product teams

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
• 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies, or 20 years of experience in lieu of a degree
• Advanced experience with JIRA tools and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience in large Agile software development or data integration projects
• Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust (MBI) security clearance
