Job Summary
Leading the capture of business requirements for software development teams, the full-time Senior Business Process Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements, manage Agile processes, and support project execution in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Capture and document business, functional, and technical requirements using an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool
- Perform Agile requirement management activities and facilitate backlog refinement sessions
- Lead and mentor junior analysts while ensuring effective communication of requirements to development teams and stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in software development, preferably in an Agile environment
- Strong background in Agile/Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies
- Expertise in using JIRA tools for requirements management
- Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust (MBI) security clearance
