Senior Business Process Analyst

Job Summary

Leading the capture of business requirements for software development teams, the full-time Senior Business Process Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to document and manage requirements using Agile methodologies in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and document business requirements in an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool, specifically JIRA
• Conduct user interviews and facilitate sessions to develop business process models and formal specifications
• Lead Agile requirement management activities, including backlog refinement and change control processes

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
• 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile/Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Expertise in JIRA tools and experience in large Agile software development projects
• Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust (MBI) security clearance
