Job Summary
Leading the capture of business requirements for software development teams, the full-time Senior Business Process Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to document and manage requirements using Agile methodologies in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and document business requirements in an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool, specifically JIRA
- Conduct user interviews and facilitate sessions to develop business process models and formal specifications
- Lead Agile requirement management activities, including backlog refinement and change control processes
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile/Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Expertise in JIRA tools and experience in large Agile software development projects
- Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust (MBI) security clearance
