Senior Business Process Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Business Process Analyst will lead the capture and management of business requirements for software development teams while collaborating with stakeholders and utilizing Agile methodologies.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the capture and documentation of business requirements in an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool
- Perform Agile requirement management activities and facilitate sessions to gather and analyze user needs
- Manage project documentation and coordinate requirements for various projects, ensuring alignment with Agile methodologies
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile/Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies
- Expertise with JIRA tools and advanced experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong background in large Agile software development or data integration projects
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Public Trust security clearance
