Job Summary
Leading the capture of business requirements for software development teams, the full-time Senior Business Process Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders, manage requirements in an ALM tool, and perform Agile requirement management activities in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Capture and document business, functional, and technical requirements through user interviews and collaborative sessions
- Manage and coordinate requirements for various projects while ensuring adherence to Agile methodologies
- Develop and maintain project/product backlogs, including backlog refinement sessions and requirements change control
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience, with additional experience substitutable for education
- Strong background in software development and Agile/Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies
- Expertise with JIRA tools and experience in large Agile software development projects
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust (MBI) security clearance
