Senior Business Process Analyst

Job Summary

Leading the capture of business requirements for software development teams, the full-time Senior Business Process Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders and manage requirements in an Agile environment while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users and IT to document and manage requirements in an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool
• Conduct user interviews and develop business process models, ensuring the elaboration of user stories and backlog items
• Lead and mentor junior analysts while facilitating Agile methodology practices to support project completion

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
• 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile/Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies
• Expertise with JIRA tools and experience in large Agile software development projects
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to integrate information from multiple sources
• Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust (MBI) security clearance
